HISTORY
SKMN INSOLVENCY is experienced in handling companies in financial difficulties including during the share market collapse in 1998 under the National Danaharta Act. SKMN Insolvency had accepted an appointment as liquidators or receivers and managers by shareholders, creditors, High Court, Danaharta, Banks and Kementerian Perumahan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT).

TEAM
Studied in Newcastle Upon Tyne Polytechnic, England and MARA Institute of Technology. Trained in Kassim Chan & Co. (now Deloitte). Sat in various committees of the Institute for 35 years and was also in council and was a council member of the Association of International Accountants, England. He was the President of the local Malay chamber of commerce and the President of the local rugby association.
Razalee was trained in Hanafiah Raslan & Mohamad and thereafter took up senior appointment in listed companies. Razalee has 42 years experience in industry and practice. Now serve as independent non executive director of Velesto Energy Berhad, Duopharma Biotech Berhad and UMW Holdings Berhad.
Rahman studied in University Malaya, work for a short period in commercial bank. Joined Sahir & Co. as audit manager before set up his own practice. Sat on the board of leading property development company.
Marlina was a lecturer in private college before joined Mohd Noh & Co. She also holds GST License. Wide experience in the audit of SMEs, government statutory bodies and local authorities. She has attended seminars/workshop organized by MIA, LHDN, Customs and SSM. Fellow member of Association of International Accountants, UK.
Afifi studied in Universiti Utara Malaysia and after graduation, he joined International Chartered Accountants firm specialising corporate Insolvency before going into private practice. Involved in number of corporate rescue and liquidation for last 20 years.
Firdouze has 12 years working experience various corporate insolvency procedures namely corporate rescue and corporate liquidation.
